지역사회복지협이체의 사회적 자본이 구성원의 성과 인식에 미치는 영향 = The Relationship between Social Capital and Administrative Outcomes Recognized by Members of the Community Welfare Committees

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 지역사회복지협의체의 사회적 자본이 구성원의 성과인식에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 하였으며, 이를 위해 전국 230개 지역사회복지협의체에 속해있는 대표협의체 위원장, 실무협의체 위원장, 담당 공무원 위원, 상근간사 362명을 2011년 8월말부터 9월말까지 전자메일 주소를 활용한 인터넷 조사를 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 사회적 자본은 신뢰, 규범, 네트워크로 구성하였으며, 구성원의 운영 성과인식은 지역사회복지협의체의 협력성, 지역성, 참여성을 중심으로 살펴보았다, 두 변인간의 관계를 살펴보기 위해 수집된 자료를 SPSS 1.80통계 페키지를 사용하여 일원변량분석, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석을 사용하여 분석을 진행하였다.분석결과 인구사회적 특성 및 기관특성 등을 통제한 후에도 지역사회복지협의체의 사회적 자본은 구성원들이 인식하는 협의체 운영 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다,즉. 지역사회 구성원들간 상호 신뢰가 형성되고, 협의체 내에 합리적이고 적정한 규범이 형성되어 있으며, 구성원들간 유기적인 네트워크가 잘 형성되어 질수록 지역사회 구성원들이 지역사회 문제를 인식하고 잠재적인 자원을 활용하며 문제해결을 위한 지역사회 구성원들이 협력과 자발적인 참여를 이끌어 내어 지역사회복지협의체의 운영이 적절히 이루어지는 성과가 있는 것으로 나타났다, 이와 같은 연구결과에 따라 본 연구는 지역사회복지협의체의 사회적 자본인 신뢰, 규범, 네트워크의 강화와 활성화를 위한 대안을 제시하였다.

This purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between social capital and dministrative outcomes recognized by members of the community welfare committees. For his all private and public members members in 230 were surveyed by using an elelctronic internet urvey tool and 362 samples were collected, To identify the relationships between two ariables, a series of multiple regression analyses were conducted by controlling for ndividual and institutional characteristics of the community welfare committees. he results showed that social capital had positive effects on the administrative outcomes n the community welfare committees, In other words, string beliefs and confidences between members, well-organized network among organizations, and well-recognized norms and regulations in the community welfare committees, could increase the administrative outcomes in the committees. Based on that this study provided several suggestions in promoting social capital in the community welfare committees.
