인터넷 쇼핑몰 분석에 따른 최적 시스템 구성에 관한 연구 = Domestic internet shopping mall : facilitators for optimum system composition

국문 초록 (Abstract)

국내에서 인터넷 쇼핑몰에 대한 관심이 높아지면서 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 성공요인에 대한 연구가 필요시 되고 있다. 국내 연구 자료를 통하여 제시되었던 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 성공요인들은 환경적 특성, 비즈니스적 특성, 시스템 특성 이렇게 3가지로 분류될 수 있다. 그 중 시스템 특성 부분의 세부적인 연구 결과가 없는 만큼 이 부분의 운영중인 쇼핑몰의 시스템 문제점 분석을 통한 안정성 있는 최적의 시스템 구성을 위한 설계 및 구현이 필요시 되고 있는 상황이다.
본 논문에서는 인터넷 쇼핑몰 시스템의 안정성 및 이용자들의 편의에 기여할 수 있는 최적의 쇼핑몰 시스템의 설계를 위해 쇼핑몰 이용자들의 웹사이트 이용에 관련된 외부적 특성인 이용자 트래픽, 접속자수등의 자료 분석과 이 자료를 토대로 내부적 특성인 시스템 분석을 시스템 구성 및 연관관계와 서버 시스템의 하드웨어와 소프트웨어의 효율적인 사용과 기록 수집된 데이터를 기준으로 분석을 하여 최적 시스템 구성 및 설계의 기본틀을 마련하고자 한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This paper focused on searching an optimum system configuration by analyzing internet shopping mall with the data obtained from internet shopping malls in service. Today, an internet shopping mall has a large advantage over the competitors if people can find the desired information quickly about suppliers, customers or products.
Currently, the interests in an internet shopping mall increase in korea. In this situation, the factors for success of an internet shopping mall need to be studied. According to domestic research, they can be divided into three categories: environmental factor, business factor and system factor. Any detailed research about system factor has not been don yet. an appropriate system configuration need to be designed and implemented based on the study of system factor by analyzing the problems in the currently operating internet shopping malls.
This study lays groundwork for composing and designing the successful optimum system of an internet shopping mall, which is safe and provides convenience for shopping mall users. System analysis is based on both internal characteristics such as efficiency between hardware and software in a server system and external characteristics observed in web-site such as traffic rate.
