The stock-control is an important factor in reducing cost on the industrial spot. It is surely necessary that some part is keeping with fit and frequently using parts are preserved with proper quantities for sending out goods. But many stock goods are difficult to control.
Particularly it is closely related to employ finance of company smoothly. The suitable stock quantities are surely necessary for producing goods. But it is harmful for stock quantities to be accumulated too muck for operating the company
There are various kinds to solve this problem. But first of all, We can think out the standardization of productions After that we can have control with database given peculiar codes to standardized products.
If it is a designed plan using standardized products from the design of products, We can easily inquire out the sorts and numbers if articles according to article code gained from designed plans and easily control products. Also if the designing plan is made by automatic planning program, we can conveniently produce the sorts and numbers of required articles by automatic planning program.
If the database, the files and stock articles are employed together with automatic planning program, We can draw up not only the designing plans but also the detailed lists of required and the total stock. Therefore it can be widen much more the utility scope of program as well as the bushiness efficiency.
