성 스캔들의 다중 원인 = Multiple Psychic Causes of Sex Scandal: Integrating Perspectives about the Different Purposes of Sex in Character Disorders and Neurosis

국문 초록 (Abstract)

위계에 의한 성폭행 스캔들의 발생 원인을 종합적으로 심층 이해하려면, 각 주체가 지닌 욕동 유형, 대상관계 양태, 자아 강도와 방어유형, 자기 구조와 자존감 양태, 초자아 유형이 어떠한지 주시해야 한다. 그리고 성 스캔들 행동이 어떤 정신발달 자리들에 고착된 어떤 정신구조 유형들과 연관해 발생하는지 정신분석학계의 여러 이론과 임상사례를 폭넓게 참조해야 한다. 스캔들의 근원인 다중 정신 발달 자리들에서의 결함을 두루 참조하려면 특정 학파의 이론에만 근거하는 관점을 넘어, 현존하는 주요 정신분석학파들의 이론을 통섭하여 활용하는 통합론 입장을 수용할 필요가 있다. ‘미투’와 연관된 위계에 의한 성폭행 스캔들은, 주로 유아기 정신발달 자리들에서의 결함(구강 · 항문 욕동고착, 대상관계 무능, 분열된 자아구조, 자존감 취약, 원시 초자아)을 지닌 몇몇 성격장애 유형들에서 발생된다. 아동기(오이디푸스기) 정신발달 자리에 고착된 신경증자의 경우, 자아가 통합되어 있고 억압 방어를 통한 욕동통제력을 지내며, 상징계의 도덕적 초자아를 지닌다. 따라서 이성에 대해 금지된 성 욕망을 지니지만 ‘위계를 사용한 폭력’을 행하지는 않는다. 유아기에 고착된 성격장애자와 오이디푸스기에 고착된 신경증자는 심리적 결핍의 내용이 매우 다르므로 성목적도 서로 다르다. 따라서 두 주체가 각자 어떤 목적을 지녔고, 그것과 연관해 어떤 실망을 했는지 주목하면 성 스캔들의 본질을 이해하는 데 유익하다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In order to comprehensively understand the causes of “sexual violence scandals by hierarchy”, it is necessary to keep an eye on the factors of mutiple types of figures: such as object relation patterns of subject, ego-strength and types of defense mechanism, self-structure and degree of self-esteem, level of super ego. And the various theories and clinical cases of psychoanalytic phenomena should be extensively examined to find out whether sexual scandal behavior occurs in relation to certain types of mental structures that are fixed in certain mental developmental positions. To refer to defects of the multiple mental developmental positions which are the cause of scandals, it is necessary to accept the integrative perspective that considers and utilizes several existing theories of major psychoanalytic schools beyond the viewpoint of a particular school. The hierarchical rape scandal associated with “ME TOO movement” occurs in several types of personality disorders, mainly with defects in infantile mental developmental positions(oral drive fixation, object-relation incompetence, fragmented self structure, weak self-esteem, primitive superego). In the case of neurotics fixing to the childhood (Oedipus period) mental developmental position, their ego is integrated, have control over desires through repression defense, and has moral superego in symbolism. Therefore, they may have prohibited sexual desires to opposite sex, but do not resort to “violence using hierarchy”. Personality disorders adhered to infancy and neurotic persons adhered to the Oedipus period differ in the purpose of sexuality because the content of psychological deficiency is very different. Therefore, it is beneficial to understand the nature of the sex scandal by paying attention to the purposes of each of two subjects and the content of disappointment they had in relation to it.
