경호수사권의 실제화 방안에 관한 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 현재 대통령경호실의 경호공무원에게 법적으로 보장된 사법경찰권의 실제화를 통하여 경호 위해사범에 대한 수사권의 본격적 운용과 검사에게 기소를 제기토록 하는 보조기관의 임무를 충실히 하는 역할에 대하여 다음과 같이 연구하였다. 1.「대통령 등의 경호에 관한 법률」제17조(경호공무원의 사법경찰권)의 운용 실제화를 위한 전문화 구축 방안 2. 형사사법 체계의 구성원으로서 경호특별사법경찰의 정체성 확립에 대한 방안 결론적으로 국제적으로 전문화되고 활성화 된 경호조직으로 발전하기 위해서는 경호특별사법경찰의 수사권에 대한 전문적인 연구와 실제화가 절실한 시점이다.
