Alzheimer’s Disease (AD) is neurodegenerative disease and the most common cause of dementia. Until now, AD has no confident treatments. It requires to predict in preclinical stage. According to this, this paper proposes a deep learning method which predicts AD progress. This method is based on Generative Adversarial Network (GAN) and uses Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) images which is a non-invasive imaging biomarker to predict and diagnose AD. As a result, the model generated images which contain factors that are highly correlated with AD, such as cerebral cortex shrink. Our method might be helpful for medical judgement to treat AD.
