항공사 객실승무원의 진성리더십이 관계에너지와 과업성과에 미치는 영향 = The Effects of Flight Attendants' Authentic Leadership on Relational Energy and Task Performance

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 항공사 객실승무원은 연구대상으로 선정하여 첫째, 진성리더십과 관계에너지와 과업성과의 관계를 검증하고자 하였으며, 둘째, 관계에너지와 과업성과의 관계에 대해 검증하고자 하였다. 또한 관계에너지가 진성리더십과 과업성과의 관계에 미치는 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 자료 수집은 온라인설문을 활용하여 국내 대형항공사 2곳의 객실승무원을 대상으로 총 210부가 실증분석에 사용되었으며, 가설검증을 위해 단순, 다중 및 위계적 회귀분석이 사용되었다. 실증분석 결과 첫째, 항공사 객실승무원이 지각한 상사의 진성리더십은 관계에너지와 과업성과에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 관계에너지는 과업성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 관계에너지는 항공사 객실승무원이 지각한 상사의 진성리더십과 과업성과의 관계에서 부분매개효과를 나타내는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 항공사 객실승무원이 지각한 상사의 진성리더십, 관계에너지, 과업성과의 중요성을 강조하는 항공산업의 인적자원관리 및 조직관리의 새로운 시사점을 제시하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Purpose : The purpose of this study aimed to explore 1) the relationships between authentic leadership, relational energy and task performance 2) the relationship between relational energy and task performance 3) the mediating effect of job burnout. Research design, data, methodology : Online questionnaires were conducted for airline flight attendants’, and 210 total valid samples were used for analysis. For the empirical analysis, simple, multiple, hierarchical regression analysis were conducted. Results : The results of the study are as follows; First, the results of this study shows that authentic leadership has a positive effect on the relational energy and task performance. Second, relational energy has a positive effect on the task performance. Third, it has been found that the mediating effect of relational energy. Conclusions : The ultimate results of this study bring up the new direction in ways the human resource management and the organization management in convention industry which emphasizes the importance of uthentic leadership, relational energy and task performance.
