임신에 대한 간호계와 비간호계 여대생의 의식조사 연구 = A RESEARCH ON THE KNOWLEDGE OF UNIVERSITY STUDENTS ABOUT PREGNANCY

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

During 1st to 15th June, 1987, I have collected data from 158 persons university's girl in Kwang Joo in order to grasp their knowledge about pregnancy.
From the data, I have gained the following results: The distribution of the respondent' general education 98 persons and the professional nursing 60 persons.
1. General Characteristics
65.2 percent, the higest of the respondents wanted to marry by means of a love marriage being arrarged by a go-between.
26-30 day type menstruation cycle was 53.8 percent and menarche's mean was 15.2 years old.
2. Knowledge about pregnancy
The results that show significant difference are summarized as follows:
83.7 percent of general education and 98.3% of proffssional nursing answered to the question of sex determination factor by male sex chromosome. This showed a significant difference between both group.(x^2=8.43, df=2, p<.05)
There was just recognized is general education 48.0 percent and proffssional nursing 81.7% in the expected date of confinement accounts. (E.D.C : Last menstruation month-3 and menstruation first of beginning day+7) This showed a significant difference between both group. (x^2=20.08, df=3, p<.001)
High pregnancy frequency give bad effect on mother's health. We found a significant difference between both group. (x^2=9.03. df=3, p<.05)
To the question of how they came to know the methods of pregnancy knowledge, general education(62.2%) and professional nursing(83.3%) answered "from a technical books". This showed a considerable difference between both group. (x^2=14.17, df=5, p<.05)
