한·중 FTA 체결에 따른 문화산업 교역증대 방안에 관한 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

21세기에 들어서면서 문화산업이 전 세계적으로 주목을 받고 있다. 문화산업은 다른 산업과는 달리 경제적 이익을 직접적으로 창출 할 뿐만 아니라 다른 산업의 시장 확대 및 국가 이미지와 국가 경쟁력을 향상시키는 데 도움이 된다. 중국은 문화산업을 국가 전략의 관점으로 두었다. 최근 몇 년간 선진국에 비해 중국 문화산업의 발전이 큰 진전을 이뤘음에도 불구하고 경쟁력은 여전히 ​​약하다.
반면에 지난 20년 동안 한국은 문화산업에서 놀라운 성과를 달성했다. 한국과 중국은 같은 아시아지역에 있으며, 비슷한 문화 배경과 광범위한 문화교류를 가지고 있으며 친근한 이웃으로 상호 거래 파트너이다. 특히 2015년 한·중 양국 간 FTA를 체결 한 후, 경제·정치, 문화의 교류가 더 활발해지면서 가까워졌다. 양국 간 문화교류의 인원과 내용도 지속적으로 증가하고 문화교류의 수준도 향상되었다.
한·중 문화산업 간의 협력은 이제 막 시작되었고 아직 발전 단계에 있지만, 한·중 정부와 기업은 양국의 장점을 이용하여 기술 도입, 경험 학습, 협력 포인트 찾기 등 향후 장기적인 협력을 위해 노력해야 한다.
본 연구는 한·중 문화산업 발전을 비교·분석함으로써 양국 간의 보다 긴밀한 교류를 촉진하는 방안을 연구하는데 깊은 의미가 있다.
본 연구는 우선 한·중 간 문화산업 교역 현황을 분석하고, 한·중 문화산업의 차이점을 알아보고, 양국의 문화산업 발전에 있어서의 차이점을 살펴본다. 동시에, 문화산업에 가장 큰 영향력을 미치는 양국의 문화산업 정책을 통해 그 중요성과 특징을 이해 한 후 한·중 문화산업 정책에서의 문제점을 분석하고, 한국과 중국이 서로를 개선하기 위한 정책 대안을 제시한다.
본 연구를 통해 얻은 결론은 한국과 중국은 문화 분야 특히 문화산업 분야의 교역과 협력의 지속적인 촉진과 심화를 통해 한·중이 전략적 파트너십의 전면적이고 건강하고 그리고 지속발전가능한 원동력을 가지게 된다는 것이다.

At present, the development of the cultural industry has received a widespread attention on a global scale. Different from other industrial trade, cultural trade not only directly generates economic benefits, but also helps to expand the market for other industries, and enhances the national image and national competitiveness. China has upgraded its cultural industry and investment to the perspective of national strategy. In recent years, although the development of China's cultural industry has made great progress, compared with the developed countries, its competitiveness is still weak.
In the past 20 years, Korea has accomplished remarkable achievements in the cultural industry. Both South Korea and China are major countries in Asia. They have similar cultural backgrounds and far-reaching cultural exchanges. They are friendly neighbors and mutual trading partners. After the establishment of South Korea-China FTA in 2015, a closer economic, political and cultural trade has begun. The number and content of cultural exchanges between the two sides have continuously increased, the level and quality of cultural exchanges have also been continuously improved.
Although the cooperation between South Korean and Chinese cultural industries has just begun and is still in the beginning stage, the governments and enterprises of both South Korea and China are using their advantages, attracting technology, learning from experiences, finding cooperation points, and working hard for long-term cooperation in the future. Therefore, after comparing and analyzing the development of China's cultural industry with South Korea, it has great significance to promote closer exchanges between the two countries.
This paper first analyzes the development status of cultural industries in South Korea and China, understands the differences in cultural industries between South Korea and China, and draws different points in the development of cultural industries between the two countries.
At the same time, it starts from cultural policy, which has the most influence on cultural industries. First it understands the importance and characteristics of the cultural industry, then analyzes the problems from the cultural policy in both countries, compares the problems in the development of cultural industries between South Korea and China, and then sorts out the plans for South Korea and China to improve each other.
Therefore, the continuous promotion and deepening of exchanges and cooperation between South Korea and China in the cultural field, especially in the cultural industry, have provided a driving force for the comprehensive, robust and sustainable development of South Korea-China strategic partnership.
