울산 다세대 · 다가구 주거지역의 주차공간에 관한 연구

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purposes of the study were to examine the parking spaces for the multi-family/multi-unit housing neighborhoods in Ulsan and to figure out the needs of the residents for solving the problems of parking spaces. The data for the analysis were collected through observations of 9 neighborhoods in Namgu, Ulsan and questionnaire survey method from July 29 to September 11, 2019, and the sample consisted of 153 respondents living in multi-family/multi-unit housing. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and analysis of variance with Duncan’s multiple range tests. Age of the respondents, the number of cars, size of cars owned, tenure type, yes or no driving are the statistically significant variables affecting the needs differences of improving parking spaces in multi-family/multi/unit housing neighborhoods in Ulsan, Korea.
