      There are various health care standards for noise induced hearing loss in the world. We studied the occupational health care of hearing loss standards and symptoms. We have been used 4-divided classification and hearing loss at 4000 Hz. We investigated 226 workers of general and auditory symptoms and determinants for hearing loss at high tone, and analyzed 707 audiogram data, and reviewed some standards for noise induced hearing loss. Determinants for hearing loss at 4000 Hz were duration and tinnitus seemed to help workers for self-evaluation of early noise induced hearing loss. Present standards of 4-divided classification and degree of hearing loss at 4000 hz seems like appropriate standards, and we should special attention to their application.
