      This study focuses on Hamel and Zanini’s(2020) humanocracy managementphilosophy as a response to the limitations of traditional bureaucratic organizationswithin the context of the value chain of social enterprises for disabled employment.
      Humanocracy advocates for human-centered ethical management principles,including Ownership, Markets, Meritocracy, Community, Openness, Experimentation,and Paradox. Based on this framework, a qualitative case study was conducted,involving three representatives from social enterprises dedicated to employingpeople with disabilities.
      The research results indicate that the manifestation of humanocracy in socialenterprises employing individuals with developmental disabilities is intricatelyintertwined with the supporting activities elements of the company’s valuechain. It was found that familialism is organically integrated with a performance-oriented approach for the larger community rather than a closed community.
      These human-centered supporting activities promote private and public networks,facilitating cooperation in the company’s primary activities(from procurement tomarketing) by fostering mutual investment among employees with developmentaldisabilities, the local community, social missions, and similar enterprises.
      The study highlights various management contexts where human-centerednessfor vulnerable populations contributes to the value chain, while also suggestingapproaches for internalizing humanocracy principles.
