도시진단지표와 정성적 분석을 통한 도시재생활성화 후보지 평가및 선정에 관한 연구- 부산광역시 동구를 중심으로 - = A Study on the Evaluation and Selection of Proposed Site of Urban Regeneration through Urban Diagnostic Indicators and Qualitative Analysis - Focused on Dong-gu in the Busan Metropolitan City-

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In modern society, various social problems have arisen since population decline, and as an alternative, it has changed from the development of the existing physical environment to urban regeneration. However, as in the case of existing development projects, urban regeneration projects are analyzed through quantitative evaluation of indicators. The purpose of this study is to analyze the urban decline index, the composite deterioration index in Busan and the residential environment index, and to perform a comprehensive index diagnosis of the case-study sites through a comprehensive analysis framework. Based on the results of this analysis, we confirmed the appropriateness of the indicators by comparing the present state of city-renewal projects with qualitative feedback of residents through questionnaires. As a result, it is analyzed that the indicator diagnosis of urban regeneration project does not coincide with the actual purpose of urban regeneration project. However, this study has limitations in the relative evaluation on Dong-gu in Busan metropolitan city, where the overall decline has progressed.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 도시재생사업 지역을 진단할 때 사용하는 다양한 지표들을 취합하여 물리·환경, 산업·경제, 사회·문화로 구분하고, 부산시 동구 소재의 도시재생활성화 대상지를 분석하였다. 도출된 분석결과를 대상지에서 진행되었던 도시재생사업과 그에 대한 주민의견과의 비교분석을 통해 기추진된 도시재생사업과 지표와의 관계를 살펴보고, 주민들이 평가하는 지역쇠퇴도와 도시재생사업 진단지표와의 관계를 고찰함으로써 도시재생사업지 선정의 적정성과 방향성을 제시하였다.
