구조해석학 및 자기해석학을 적용한 대인관계 개선상담사례연구 = The Case Study about Interpersonal Relationship Improvement Counseling Applied by Structural Hermeneutics and the Hermeneutics of Attestation

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 대인관계 개선이 목표인 상담사례에 구조해석학 및 자기해석학을 상담연구방법으로 적용한 질적 연구이다. 구조해석학에서는 개인의 언행이 이면에 놓인 의식구조에 의해 발생한다고보고 내담자의 주관적 진술을 통해 드러난 주관적 구조를 객관적 구조로 해석함으로써 자신의 언행을 이해할 수 있도록 한다. 자기해석학은 타자에 대한 이해와 관계 속에서 자기를 재구성할 수있다는 철학적 해석 개념을 제공한다. 본 연구에서는 주요 대인관계 대상이었던 친구들에게 자신이 암을 앓고 있다고 거짓말을 함으로써 결과적으로 친구들과의 대인관계가 단절된 32세의 미혼여성을 대상으로 20회기에 걸쳐 구조해석학 및 자기해석학을 적용하여 상담을 하였다. 연구자는 상담초기의 기초자료를 토대로 의문을 제기하고 기초자료의 의미해석을 통해 의문을 해결할 수 있는 구조가설을 수립하였으며 후속 상담에서 획득되는 자료에 대해 반증원리를 통해 재구조화하는 순차적 분석과정을 거쳤다. 이 같은 과정을 통해 내담자가 자신의 언행에 대해 이해하게 되었을때, 자기해석학을 적용하여 타인에 대한 이해와 타인과의 관계 속에서 자기를 재구성하는 상담 과정을 진행하였다. 내담자는 재구성된 자신의 의식구조에 근거하여 대인관계에 있어 능동적인 선택행동을 하게 되었으며 단절되었던 친구관계를 능동적으로 회복하게 되었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to improve interpersonal relationship by using the structural hermeneutics and the hermeneutics of attestation in counseling. In the structural hermeneutics, people say and behave by inside consciousness structure. Therefore, clients understand their speeches and behaviors by interpreting the subjective structure in their subjective statements into the objective structure. The hermeneutics of attestation provides philosophical interpretation concepts to reconstruct the self in understanding others and relationships. In this study, researchers applied the structural hermeneutics and the hermeneutics of attestation into the counseling, which was a case of a 32-year-old single woman who closed herself off from friends by faking her cancer. Questions were made from the baseline data about early stages of the counseling, and structural hypotheses were set to get answers by interpreting meanings on the base line data. The data from the succeeding sessions were also restructured by the falsifiability principle in consecutive orders. When the client understand the meaning of her speeches and behaviors through the suggested process, the counselor helped the client to restructure understandings about others and self concepts in the interpersonal relationship by applying the hermeneutics of attestation. As results, the client coped actively with the interpersonal relationship and recovered her friendship.
