Although durability test of the chassis part is required at automotive development the alternative study has been progressive lead to various fatigue analysis method due to the development cost and time reduction. In this study, con-elation of the proto durability test and analysis is investigated and using this result we are going to predict exact fatigue life and crack initiation position without durability test. Lead to comparison of the roll static stiffness test with analysis, reliability of the finite element model is going to insure. The stress-life curve of the product is made up lead to correlation of the roll durability test and analysis and this curve is used to the product design to predict target fatigue life or stress revel.
