중국대학생의 창업의도에 미치는 영향요인에 관한 연구 = A Study on the Affecting Factors on Entrepreneurial Intention of University Students in China

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 중국 대학생 창업의도에 개인특성요인과 환경특성요인이 미치는 영향을 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서는 설정한 연구모형을 근거로 3개의 가설을 설정하고, 이를 검정하기 위하여 산동성내에 있는 4개의 대학생들의 설문응답(n=202)결과를 활용하였다. 본 연구의 주요 연구결과를 요악하면 다음과 같다.
첫째, 창업의도에 개인특성요인과 환경특성요인이 영향을 미칠 것이라고 설정한 3개의 가설은 모두 채택되었다.
둘째, 개인특성요인 중에는 ‘기업가 정신’이 창업의도에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
셋째, 환경특성요인 중에는 ‘성공역할모델’이 가장 큰 영향을 주는 것으로 판명되었다.
넷째, 개인특성요인과 환경특성요인 사이에는 양(+)의 관계가 성립된다는 것을 알 수 있었다.
다섯째, 현재 창업을 준비중이거나 이미 창업을 실행하고 있는 대학생그룹이 아직 미정인 대학생 그룹보다 개인특성요인과 환경특성요인의 모든 측면에서 평균수치가 높은 것으로 밝혀졌다.
본 연구의 분석결과는 창업의도의 영향요인을 재확인해 주었으며, 본 연구의 접근방식은 관련 연구의 참고자료가 될 것으로 확신한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of individual characteristics and environmental characteristics on entrepreneurial intention of university students in China. In this study, three hypotheses were constructed based on the research model and the results of questionnaire responses(n = 202) of four college students in Shandong province were used to test them. The main results of this study are summarized as follows.
First, all three hypotheses that individual characteristics and environmental characteristics are influential on entrepreneurial intentions were adopted.
Second, 'Entrepreneurship' has the greatest influence on the entrepreneurial intention.
Third, 'Success role model' of environmental characteristics was found to have the greatest influence on the entrepreneurial intention.
Fourth, it was found that positive(+) relationship is established between individual characteristics and environmental characteristics.
Fifth, college students who are currently preparing to start a business or who are already running a business are found to have higher average scores in all aspects of personal characteristics and environmental characteristics than college students who are still unclear.
The results of this study reaffirm the factors influencing the entrepreneurial intentions, and I am confident that the approach of this study will be a reference for related studies.
