This study analyzed the Viewing motivation and satisfaction of college students who show active media use behaviors for Dating reality show. Also, based on this, suggestions for revitalizing the production of Dating Reality show were suggested. First, as a result of the analysis of factors for viewing motivation, five factor structures were identified: 'entertainment motivation', 'companion motivation', 'social usefulness motivation', 'learning/information motivation', and 'indirect experience motivation'. Second, as a result of analyzing the effect of factors of Dating reality show viewing motivation on viewing satisfaction, 'entertainment motivation', 'companion motivation' and 'learning/information motivation' were found to be statistically significant, and 'entertainment motivation' was found to have the greatest influence.
