  Perhaps I need not inform my readers, that a plan was recently adopted by the Council of the Ontario Association, for the monthly distribution of Tracts throughout the Association. The plan provides for the appointment of a Publishing Committee--who shall have the supervision of the matter published; a General Agent--who shall receive the funds sent in from the several Town Agents, and distribute Tracts in proportion to the amount received from each; and a Town Agent for each town within the Association, whose business is to collect the fund, transmit it to the General Agent, receive the Tracts, and attend to their distribution among the people.
