금융환경 변화가 은행원의 심리적 소진 및 전문직 자아개념에 미치는 영향 = Effects of Change of Financial Environment on the Psychological Exhaustion and Professional Self-concept of Bank Employees

국문 초록 (Abstract)

금융디지털화 현상은 미래의 금융기법이나 거래형태를 새로운 시각으로 접근하는 계기가 마련되었다. 스마트폰 및 스마트기기의 보편화로 소비자의 이용 형태가 모바일과 인터넷 등의 전자 매체 중심으로 변화하고 빅데이터 분석 등으로 인한 소비자의 니즈에 맞는 맞춤형 금융서비스가 가능해진 금융환경에 기인한다. AI, 핀테크와 빅테크는 많은 금융정보와 전자상거래 그리고 금융서비스가 새롭게 결합되면서 자연스럽게 나타나는 현상이다. 그러나 최근의 금융환경의 변화는 금융서비스의 공급 방식과 금융소비자의 패턴에 변화가 일어나고 있다. 인터넷전문은행 출범 등으로 금융권의 서비스가 획기적으로 변화되고 있어 금융환경의 변화는 불가피 할 것으로 예상된다. 본 연구는 은행원의 심리적 소진이 전문직 자아개념의 소실로 이어져 은행의 경쟁력을 저하시키는 원인을 파악함으로 인해, 효과적인 대책 마련을 위한 근거를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 기초 통계를 위해 SPSS 12.0을 사용하였다. 구조방정식 소프트웨어 PLS 3.0을 사용하여 가설을 검정하였다. 연구의 요약은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 정보기술능력은 은행원의 심리적 소진에 유의적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 인터넷은행 증가는 은행원의 심리적 소진에 유의적인 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 은행간 경쟁심화는 은행원의 심리적 소진에 유의적인 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 은행의 지원축소는 은행원의 심리적 소진에 유의적인 영향을 미쳤다. 다섯째, 은행원의 심리적 소진은 전문직 자아개념에 유의적인 영향을 미쳤다. 금융환경 변화가 심리적 소진에 미치는 영향을 분석한 본 연구를 바탕으로 향후 연구에서는 은행조직 단위의 환경변화가 심리적 소진에 미치는 영향을 분석할 수 있는 근거를 제공할 수 있다.

Digital finance, in which market dominance is changed by innovative technology, is spreading and entering the era of AI, Fintech, and Big Tech. This financial digitalization phenomenon has provided an opportunity to approach future financial techniques and transaction types from a new perspective. This is due to the financial environment in which customized financial services to meet the needs of consumers are possible. AI, Fintech and Big Tech are naturally occurring as a lot of financial information, e-commerce and financial services are newly combined. However, with the recent changes in the financial ecosystem, changes in the supply method of financial services and patterns of financial consumers are taking place, and the services of the financial sector are dramatically changing with the launch of Internet-only banks, changes in the financial environment are expected to be inevitable. This study is intended to provide a basis for preparing countermeasures by identifying the causes of banker's psychological exhaustion leading to loss of professional self-concept and lowering competitiveness of banks. “For analysis, SPSS 12.0 was used for basic statistics and hypotheses were tested using structural equation software PLS 3.0. A summary of the study follows. First, information technology ability had a significant effect on psychological exhaustion. Second, the increase in Internet banking had a significant effect on psychological exhaustion. Third, intensifying competition across banks had a significant effect on psychological exhaustion. Fourth, the reduction in bank support had a significant effect on psychological exhaustion. Fifth, psychological exhaustion had an effect on professional self-concept. Based on this study analyzing the effects of changes in the financial environment on psychological exhaustion, future research can provide a basis for analyzing the effects of environmental changes in the banking organization on psychological exhaustion.
