비상대비업무담당자 제도의 실태와 개선방안에 관한 연구 -중점관리대상 업체를 중심으로- = A Study on the Actual Condition of Emergency Preparedness Officer System and the Improvement Plan

The emergency preparedness manager system is established to establish and coordinate emergency plans in accordance with the national mobilization guidelines in the event of a national emergency in the event of a national emergency.
The system, which was implemented in the 1960s, has had many problems as it has not been implemented in its home region due to environmental changes. The status of this system is that the organization and work of the emergency preparedness officer of the company subject to intensive management differ from the nature of the original work, and the organization is organized differently depending on the additional work needs of the company. In addition, the company is requesting security and security services. Therefore, the improvement plan needs to be re-established through legislation on the organization and work of emergency preparedness personnel, selection tests, certificates, etc.
