경력단절여성의 외식창업교육이 창업준비행동에 미치는 영향 = The Effects of Food Service Entrepreneurship Education on Entrepreneurial Preparation Behavior in Career Interrupted Women: Focusing on the Mediating Effect of Entrepreneurial Intention

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 경력단절여성의 외식창업교육과 창업준비행동의 관계를 검증하고 창업의지의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 설문조사는 2022년 6월 1일부터 6월 30일까지 시행했으며 설문 대상은 대구‧경북지역의 외식창업교육을 수강한 경력단절여성을 대상으로 실시하였다. 이 중 유효한 230부의 설문지를 최종적인 분석 자료로 사용하였다. 분석결과, 외식창업교육이 창업의지에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 창업의지는 정보수집활동과 창업체험준비활동에 정(+)의 영향 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 외식창업교육은 정보수집활동과 창업체험준비활동에 대하여 유의한 정(+)의 영향 관계임을 알 수 있었다. 또한 외식창업교육과 창업준비행동의 관계에서 창업의지의 매개효과가 확인되었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study verified the relationship between the education of food service entrepreneurship and the preparation behavior of entrepreneurship for women with career interruption and verified the mediating effect of the entrepreneurial intention. The research was conducted from June 1 to 30, 2022 in Daegu and Gyeongbuk Province. Of these, 230 valid copies were finally analyzed. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: As a result of the analysis, it was found that food service entrepreneurship education had a significant positive (+) effect on entrepreneurial intention. The entrepreneurial intention had a positive (+) effect on information gathering activities and preparation activities for entrepreneurial experiences. It was found that the food service entrepreneurship education had a significant positive (+) effect on information gathering activities and preparation activities for entrepreneurship experience. In addition, the mediating effect of entrepreneurial intention will was confirmed in the relationship between food service entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial preparation behavior.
