효과적인 과학 글쓰기 교육을 위한 공학 실험 보고서 고찰 = A Study of Engineering Experimental Report for Effective Technical Writing Education

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 글은 효과적인 <과학 글쓰기> 교육 방안 모색을 목적으로 공학계열 학생들의 실험 보고서를 분석 고찰하고 있다. 공학계열 학생들의 실험 보고서에 나타난 문제점은 크게 다음 두 가지로 요약 정리될 수 있는데, 먼저 논리적이며 체계적인 사고 능력이 미흡하였다. 다음으로는 실험 보고서 양식에 대한 이해 수준이 낮았다. 이 같은 문제들은 실험 보고서가 실험 과정 및 결과를 설득적으로 논증해내기 위한 규범 양식이며 실험 보고서 작성에 절대적으로 필요한 것은 과학적이며 논리적인 사고라는 점을 학생들이 파악하고 있지 못함을 보여준다. 따라서 <과학 글쓰기> 교육에서 중시되어야 할 것은 과학적이며 논리적인 사고를 신장시킬 수 있는 교육이며 이를 위한 교육 프로그램 개발이 시급하다는 것이 이 글의 결론이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The paper considers experimental reports of students of engineering college for developing Technical Writing training program. As a result, the problems with which experimental report of students have are summarized as follows. First, students lack scientific systematical and logical thinking process. Second, students lack understanding about form of experimental report. These stand for students not understanding experimental report is standard form of proving experimental process and result, and that writing experimental report requires scientific and logical thinking process. Therefore, it is education for scientific and logical thinking process that should be accounted in Technical Writing training, and development of such education program is necessary.
