행정복지센터의 복합화 건축계획에 관한 연구 - 대민업무시설과 생활SOC시설을 중심으로 -

Public office building, which were operated mainly for national administrative affairs in the past, are playing various roles as a base space for local economy, society, and culture today. Among them, the Community Service Center is a public space within the neighborhood living area closest to the local community and is complexed with living SOC (Social Overhead Capital) facilities, and various complex functions appear intensively in one site. In this study, through a case study and analysis of the Community Service Center, where complex functions are gathered based on the background and purpose, it was possible to derive the importance of separating and linking the approach, the shape of the external space, and the shape and composition of the external space for facility connection.
