In 2009, Japan civil law reform commission represented civil law reform draft. One of purpose of civil law reform draft is to change law of obligations to contract law. In present civil law, regulations related to contract is in many parts-in general part of civil law, general part of obligation law, the particulars part of obligation law. In civil law reform draft, regulations related to contract is concentrated on contract law. For example, avoidance of contract is treated in general part of civil law at present civil law but in general part of contract law at civil law reform draft. The system of civil law reform draft is similar to that of United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sales of Goods(Vienna, 1980) and The Principles of European Contract Law: PECL. The system of civil law reform draft make amateur in law easily understand the civil law. It may bring out confusion of present legal system.
