초등교사들이 '박'교사 수업의 평가 사례에서 주목하는 수업내용 = The Contents of Lesson Which Elementary School Teachers Notice in the Evaluation of 'Park' Teacher's a Lesson Case

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 초등교사들이 '박'교사 수업사례를 명가할 때, 주목해서 평가하는 수업내용을 분석하였다. 본 연구는 9명의 초등교사 연구제보자들이 실제 학교현장 수업평가에서 하는 것처럼 참관록에 따른 체계적 관찰법과 평정척도법을 사용하여 '박'교사 수업 비디오를 평가하고 그 평가근거를 자유롭게 기술한 자료를 문화 기술적 방법으로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 본 연구의 초등교사들이 수업을 평가할 때 가장 주목하는 단일 수업평가내용은 학생들의 참여 및 활통주도이었다. 이러한 초등교사들의 수업명가내용들을 서로 관련지어 종합하면, 초등교사들은 동기유발과 수업분위기가 조성된 가운데 학생들이 학습활동에 적극적으로 참여하고 수업활동과 수업내용이 서로 연관성을 가지고 단계적으로 매끄럽게 진행되어 수업목표에 도달하는 것에 주목하여 수업을 평가하였다고 볼 수 있었다. 그러나 초등교사들은 특히 수업평가에서 교과내용에 대한 학생들의 이해과정에 대해서는 거의 주목하지 않았다. 초등교사들의 이러한 수업펑가내용들의 바탕에는 합리적-기술공학적 수업관점과 과정-산출 모형의 수업관점, 그리고 눈과 귀에 바탕을 둔 체계적 수업관찰법과 평정척도법이 있다고 볼 수 있었다. 따라서 학교현장의 수업개선을 위해 서 초퉁교사들은 수업을 교사와 학생들의 상호작용과정을 통하여 구성되는 사회구성물로 보는 기술적 관점 또는 문화기술적 관점과 미시적 문화기술적 관찰과 분석을 통하여 수업을 평가할 펼요가 있음을 제안하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to find out contents of lesson evaluation which elementary school teachers notice in the evaluation of 'Park'' teacher's a lesson case. The data were collected by 9 elementary school teachers and were analysed with ethnographic method. The article concluded as follows: The most noticed category of lesson evaluation by the elementary school teachers was students' participation and self-directed activity. But they hardly noticed students' knowledge and understanding on subject contents. These categories which teachers noticed were based on rational-technical model of teaching and learning and process-product approach, systematic observation and rating scales by their eyes and ears. Therefore, in oder for instructional improvement, it was suggested that elementary school teachers need to evaluate lesson by the descriptive and ethnographic perspectives and micro-ethnographic observation and analysis
