대학정보공시제의 만족도 인식의 영향 요인 분석 = Analysis of Factors Influencing the Satisfaction awareness of University Information Disclosure Services

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors influencing the satisfaction awareness of University Information Disclosure Services. For this purpose, the response data of 1,113 university staffs were analyzed among the results of the university information disclosure satisfaction survey in 2019. Descriptive statistics were used for analyzing overall satisfaction level, and Generalized Linear Models were conducted to analyze the influencing factors of satisfaction level.
The main results of this study is as follows. First, satisfaction on data search, mobile usage, support service, information loyalty, and information reliability were statistically significant for satisfaction on overall usage experience. Also, satisfaction on awareness, accessibility, support service, information diversity and information reliability were significant on the degree of willingness to revisit.
In conclusion, to enhance the effectiveness of the university information disclosure system, intensive improvement in the process of acquiring and utilizing public information should be made. In addition, it was analyzed that strategies are required to expand the positive experience of users using services by continuously expanding information diversity and maintaining the reliability of information provided.
