준고냉지 안개초 가을~초겨울 절화 작형에서 장일 (일장연장, 광중단) 단독처리 및 GA3 병행처리가 생장 및 개화에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 뿌리활력과 광합 성속도는 장일처리로 높아졌고, GA3 병행처리로 더 증 가되었다. 광중단 처리에서 출뢰가 무처리보다 11일 촉 진되었으며, 출뢰한 분지수가 주당 4.9개로 가장 많았 고 로제트 발생률도 무처리에 비해 50% 억제되어 절 화량이 증가하였다. 한편 장일과 GA3 병행처리가 로제 트 발생 억제에 상승적으로 작용하지는 못했다.

The effect of long day treatment (day length extension and night break) and foliar application of 100 mg·L-1 GA3 on growth and rosette formation of Gypsophila paniculata in autumn cultivation in the subalpine area was investigated. Long day treatment increased root activity and photosynthetic rate, and application of GA3 led to a slight additional increase of both root activity and photosynthetic rate. Night break treatment advanced the time of flower budding, increased the number of flower budding on lateral shoot, and reduced the ratio of rosette formation, which led to an increase in yield. However, long day treatment along with foliar application of GA3 did not synergistically affected in the inhibition of rosette formation.
