자폐스펙트럼장애 유·아동과 부모가 함께하는 국내·외 사회성증진 프로그램 탐색 = An Exploratory Study of Social Encouragement Program with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Their Parents

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 자폐스펙트럼 장애 유·아동의 사회적 증진을 위해서 부모가 참여한 국내 및 국외 프로그램들이 어떠한 접근법으로 실시되었으며, 어떤 프로그램을 활용하여 사회적 상호작용을 증진하였는지를 알아보는데 그 목적이 있다. 또한, 부모가 중재참여시 어떠한 방법과 내용으로 참여를 했는가를 파악하고 고찰해 봄으로서 향후 자폐스펙트럼장애 유·아동과 부모의 사회적 상호작용에 관한 연구의 기초자료를 제시하고자 하였다. 1997년부터 2016년까지 발표된 총 30편의 논문을 채택하여 Simpson(2005)에 의한 중재접근법으로 분류하여 분석하였다. 결론적으로 국내 및 국외 모두 유·아동기라는 발달적 시기에 가장 중요한 사회적 상호작용 및 의사소통기술을 놀이라는 친근한 방식과 함께 이미 인증되고 검증된 응용행동분석(ABA)방법을 적용하여 형태는 다르지만 접근기반(basement)은 결국 일맥하고 있음이 파악되었다. 종속변인으로는 국내 및 국외 모두 애착에 대한 증진이 두드러지게 나타났으며, 부모입장에서는 부모스트레스를 감소하기 위한 프로그램이 있었다. 국외의 경우 부모실행전략이 종속변인에 포함되어 있다는 특징이 있었으며, 연구의 일부분은 부모프로그램에서 실시내용과 방법이 구체적으로 적혀있지 않는 경우도 있었다. 따라서 부모행동에 대한 구체적인 사전설명과 즉각적 피드백이 동시에 이루어져야 하며 보다 체계적이고 효과적인 피드백 방법에 대해 고민해볼 필요가 있다고 사료된다

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to review of Korean studies about social interaction program for preschooler and children with ASD and their parents together, and exam trends and characteristic on literature studies. The literature studies were searched from 1997 to 2016 using a database. Total 31 experimental studies of 105 articles excluding parent or child participate in separately were selected. We categorized according to intervention approaches-Interpersonal including relationship development intervention, skill-based, cognitive, biological and neurological, and non-categorized approach. The result of this study showed that 12 articles (38.7%) in interpersonal, 13 articles (41.9%) in skill based, 6 articles (19.4%) in non-categorized, and there were no articles in cognitive approach. The frequency of study using skill-based intervention is more than using interpersonal intervention. In the factor of dependent variable, there were 24 articles (61.5%) in social interaction between parent-child, 3 articles (7.7%) in autism and parent trait, 9 articles (23.1%) in non-categorized. The most frequency of articles focusing parent’s behavior used interpersonal approach, Skill based approach is mostly used in articles focusing child’s behavior. In articles focusing parent and child’s behavior, 7 articles (50%) used interpersonal approach, 6 articles (42.8%) used different approach to parent or child (e.g. interpersonal to parent, skill-based to child. etc.), 1 article (7.1%) used noncategorized approach. Therefore, the trends of intervention approach for enhance social relationship between ASD child and their parent showed that skill based intervention is more aplicated than interpersonal intervention in Korea. This result provides the opportunity for more in-depth discussion of intervention approach. We also will discuss about different intervention approach to parent/child during parent-child intervention.
