TSK기반 언어적인 모델의 설계와 퍼지 출력에 의한 예측 = A Design of TSK Type-based Linguistic Model and Predication by Fuzzy Output

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 논문은 불확실성을 내포한 퍼지 출력을 갖는 TSK (Takagi-Sugeno-Kang) 형태의 언어적인 모델(Linguistic Model)을 제안한다. 제안된 모델은 정보입자(Information granules)에 근거한 언어적인 모델을 통해 설계 구조를 발전시킨다. 주된 설계 절차는 출력공간에서 컨텍스트(퍼지 집합)의 자동적인 생성, 컨텍스트 기반 퍼지 클러스터링에 의한 클러스터 추정 및 퍼지 규칙 생성, 바이어스 항의 연결, 결론부에서 TSK와 언어적인 컨텍스트의 결합으로 구성되어진다. 이렇게 함으로써, 설계된 새로운 형태의 모델은 Mamdani 퍼지모델의 의미있는 언어적인 표현과 Sugeno 퍼지모델의 강력한 계산 능력을 동시에 제공할 수 있는 장점을 가질 수 있다. 최종적으로, 정수장의 응집제 주입결정 모델링에서 본 논문에서 제안된 모델과 이전연구와의 예측 성능이 비교되어지며 우수성을 증명한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In this paper, we present a TSK(Takagi-Sugeno-Kang)-based linguistic model with uncertain model output. Furthermore, we develop a comprehensive design framework based on linguistic model that is realized by information granulation. The main design process consist of the automatic generation of the contexts, fuzzy rule extraction by context-based fuzzy clustering, connection of bias term, and combination of TSK and linguistic context. Thus, the constructed new model can provide the meaningful linguistic representation of Mamdani fuzzy model as well as the intensive computation ability of Sugeno fuzzy model. Finally we contrast of the predication performance of the presented models with other models for coagulant dosing process in a water purification plant.
