고급연립주택 실내공간 구성요소의 특성에 관한 연구 = A Study on the Characteristics of the Interior Composition Elements in Luxurious Row-House

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to find out the characteristics of interior composition elements in luxurious row-houses. The examined objects were 146 pictures with the individual exclusive space of 50 pyung or more which collected from the solicitations for sale or the magazines of architecture, housing, or interiors.
The major findings were summarized as follows:
First, the characteristics of livingroom after the second half decade of 1990's are : the floor materials has been changing from marble to wood flooring. The ceiling has been changing from wallpaper finished panel ceiling to paint finished panel ceiling with reflected light. The wall decoration has been changing from fire place to art wall.
Second, the characteristics of bed room after the second half decade of 1990' are : the floor materials has been changing from vinyl sheet to wood flooring. The ceiling has been changing from wall paper finished ceiling to paint finished plain board ceiling.
Third, the characteristics of dining room are very similar to that of living room. From the second half decade of 1990', the kitchen floor has been changing form vinyl sheet to wood flooring and the wall and ceiling has been changing to paint finished.
