Find the general tendency through the present coffee shop menu. Make clear the character of menu in every business site by comparing each coffee shop restaurant menu. Find the problem of the existing menu, and present the way of improvement through the comparing. Try to present the desirable model of menu to manage a restaurant successfully.
The method of this study: Select the first & second grade hotel coffee shop menu in Seoul. Analyzed & compared with the present menu.
The best way of improvement:
I think that the high quality service only can be done when the employees are full of moral and self satisfaction. Therefore, have to after suffice Tent incentive about the employees' efforts to increase productivity and service, and can develop successively when control between guests and employees smooth relationships, increase productivity keep image of the restaurant. Therefore have to plan long-term development through the satisfaction of guests and employees.
