      다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

      The purpose of this research is to identify issues problems and state of voluntary activities of university
      which is located of the agriculture and fishery communities and investigate program cases of voluntary
      activities of M university and find solutions of these issues through analysis on SWOT and produce a study
      on the daily living plan of a volunteering service for the faculty in university, going with spreading trend of
      our country volunteering service and the age of localization. The daily living plan of voluntary activities of
      university faculty to present in this study is as 5 following solutions.
      The first, Institutionalized foundation to be able to accumulate a voluntary experience connected with
      business in a part of public shall be established to introduce a voluntary holiday system besides a holiday or
      public holidays for university faculty in order to extend of width of voluntary activities experience. The second,
      Middle dropout of voluntary activities shall do prevent through motivation and suitable compensation, and
      continuous participation shall do proceeded so that a participatory form can be various form through a
      organizing meeting of voluntary activities of university faculty. The third, A demand place development and a
      program development of the voluntary activities of university faculty contained professional vocational
      characteristic shall be developed so that action contents and participation field of voluntary activities are
      various. The fourth, It is executed the principle to do ‘right and fairness’ and to apply the principle that is
      not to have excessive expectation in recognition compensation system and it is executed to be choosed a
      singularized recognition compensation way to accord to an individual tendency and to grasp silent expectation
      what compensation of volunteer to want really. The fifth, Voluntary education and training process of
      university faculty shall be developed so that education and evaluation was enlarged, and was professionalized
      according to the characteristic activities of university faculty in order to improve dull volunteer education state.
