This study was conducted to find out the mediating effect of self-control in the relationship between college students' self-esteem and learning flow. Data were collected from students at university located in Busan using the survey method, and 109 valid questionnaires were used as statistical analysis data. Mediated regression analysis was conducted to verify the mediating effect of self-control in the relationship between self-esteem and learning flow. The results of this study show that self-control acts as a key influence variable in the relationship between university students' self-esteem and learning flow, and self-esteem and self-control must be preemptively improved to improve learning flow. However, university students in various stressful situations, such as changes in their life and learning environment, cultivation of major knowledge, and career choice, are likely to be threatened with self-esteem. The decline in self-esteem makes you evaluate yourself as worthless and reduces trust. In addition, it makes it impossible to control the desire to interfere with study or life, resulting in negative consequences such as academic immersion and decreased efficiency. Therefore, it suggests that active attention and management of family, friends, and instructors are needed to prevent self-control from being threatened for university students' healthy individual life and learning flow.
