Two coumarins and five chromones were isolated from the leaves of Ostericum koreanum. On the basis of spectral data, we determined to be the structures of isolated compounds as hamaudol (1), scopoletin (2), 2′,3′-dehydromarmesin (3), cimifugin monoacetate (4), norcimifugin (5), osteochromone A (6), and cimifugin (7), respectively. Among these, 2′,3′-dehydromarmesin (3), cimifugin monoacetate (4) and norcimifugin (5) were isolated from this plant for the first time. Notably, cimifugin monoacetate (4) was isolated for the first time as a plant constituent.
