발달장애아동 부모의 긍정적 행동지원 중재 적용 실태 및 효과성 인식 = The Parents of Children with Disabilities’ Execution Status and Awareness on the intervention for Positive Behavior Support

The purpose of this study is to prepare the basic information of parents' training through the present execution status and awareness of parents for children with disabilities on positive behavior intervention support for the their children with disabilities. The results of the study as follows: First, the problem behaviors which been recognized as the most serious problem were a lack of society, and then came tantrums. The rate of teachers having high concern on students' behavioral management was 67.9%, and the rate of teachers having low concern was 28.6%. And the parents considerably obtained the information on problem management from the therapists of children at their community, who went to therapists for advice too. And they got a parents' training for problem management at the rate of 60.7%. Second, the interventions to be used the most were the preventive interventions. And on the effectiveness evaluation, the parents evaluated the facts of monitoring and assessment of behaviors to be not effective. Results are discussed with reference to previous research, contributions to the literature, future directions, and implications for practitioners and researchers who are involved in interventions for children for children disabilities.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 발달장애아동을 자녀로 둔 부모의 행동중재 수행 현황을 알아보고, 긍정적 행동지원의 중재 적용 실태 및 효과 인식 등을 살펴보아 향후 효과적인 가족중심 행동중재 방안을 마련하고 연수 프로그램을 개발하는데 기초자료로 삼고자 수행되었다. 연구결과, 첫째, 부모가 인식하는 문제행동 유형을 살펴보면, 자녀의 사회성 부족으로 인한 학교 및 사회생활 참여 부족 문제가 가장 높게 나타났으며, 다음이 부모와 자녀 간의 부정적인 상호작용으로 인한 소리 지르기, 울화행동 인 것으로 나타났다. 또한 자녀의 행동관리에 대해 관심도가 높다고 응답한 경우는 67.9%로, 관심도가 낮다고 응답한 28.6%보다 많아 발달장애를 가진 자녀의 행동관리에 대한 부모의 관심이 매우 높은 것으로 나타났다. 자녀의 행동관리를 위한 연수에는 60.7%의 부모가 참여한 경험이 있으며, 행동관리의 정보를 얻는 곳은 재활 관련 치료 교사가 46.4%로 나타났다. 행동관리를 위한 상담의 경우도 치료교사와 상담을 하는 경우가 전체의 42.9%로 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 가정에서 부모들이 자녀의 행동관리를 위해 가장 많이 사용하는 중재방법은 배경사건 중재에 해당하는 예방적 중재들인 것으로 나타났다. 반면에 중재의 효과성 평가를 위한 자료 수집, 강화 효과 평가와 같은 행동 관찰 기술은 효과적이지 않은 것으로 인식하였으며, 행동계약, 토큰경제, 분노통제훈련과 같은 프로그램의 운영 등에 대해서도 낮은 효과 인식을 보여주었다. 이와 같은 연구결과에 따라 향후 긍정적 행동지원의 적용 방향 및 후속연구에 대한 제언을 하였다.
