지역사회 연계 교육의 실천 과정에서 나타난 마을교육공동체 구성원의 인식 조사 연구 : 마을결합혁신학교 사례를 중심으로 = A Study on the Perception of Village Education Community Members in the Process of Implementing Community-Linked Education : Focusing on the Case of Village-Linked Innovation Schools

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 지역사회 연계 교육을 실천하고자 하는 초중등 교육 현장의 실제적인 운영 방안에 대한 시사점을 제공하는 데 있다. 이를 위하여, 서울시 마을결합혁신학교의 마을교육공동체 구성원(현장 교사 3명, 마을결합중점학교 코디네이터 경험을지닌 학부모 3명, 지역교육지원센터의 센터장 3명)을 대상으로 마을결합혁신학교의 운영 현황 및 운영 과정에서 발생하는 어려움 등에 대한 인식을 심층 집단 면접(FGI)을통해 살펴보았다. 분석 결과, 지역사회 연계 교육의 효과적 운영을 위하여, ‘지역사회연계 교육과정에 대한 철학과 비전 공유’, ‘지역사회 연계 교육과정 운영에 대한 교원및 학부모, 지역주민의 인식 개선’, ‘지역사회 연계 교육과정 운영을 위한 지역사회 연계 행정 시스템 구축’ 등이 시급히 해결해야 할 과제로 나타났다. 이에 대한 시사점에대해 논의하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aims to provide implications for practical operation methods in elementary and secondary education sites that wish to implement community-linked education. To this end, we conducted focus group interview (FGI) with members of the village education community of Seoul’s village-linked innovation schools (3 field teachers, 3 parents with experience as coordinators of village-linked key schools, and 3 center directors of regional education support centers) to examine their perceptions of the current status of operation of village-linked innovation schools and difficulties that arise during the operation process. In order to effectively operate community-linked education, urgent tasks that need to be addressed include ‘sharing the philosophy and vision for community-linked education courses’, ‘improving the awareness of teachers, parents, and local residents about the operation of community-linked education courses’, and ‘establishing a community-linked administrative system for the operation of community-linked education courses’. Implications for these were discussed.
