중간지원조직의 활동이 마을 공동체 활성화에 미치는 영향 분석 : 전북특별자치도 마을만들기사업을 중심으로 = Analysis of the Impact of Intermediary Support Organizations' Activities on Village Community Revitalization : Focusing on the Village-Making Projects in Jeonbuk Special Self-Governing Province

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 중간지원조직의 활동이 마을 공동체 활성화에 미치는 영향에 대해 분석하는 것이 목적이다. 이를 위해 본 연구자가 관여하고 있는 전북특별자치도 지역 내 마을만들기사업을 최소 1회 이상 사업에 참여했거나 완료된 마을에 대한 중간지원조직의 활동이 마을 공동체 의식 및 만족도를 통해 공동체 활성화에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 한다. 이에 중간지원조직의 활동이 마을 공동체 활성화에 긍정적인 영향을 미치게 하려면 그 활동을 통해 마을 주민들의 공동체 의식이 만들어지고 주민 만족도가 높아져야 된다는 전제를 설정하고 공동체 활성화를 위한 방안과 사업 성과를 높이는 방안을 제안하여 그에 따른 시사점을 도출하였다. 독립변수인 중간지원조직(마을 공동체 사업, 인적역량강화)과 매개변수인 공동체 의식 및 주민 만족도, 종속변수인 공동체 활성화로 연구모형을 토대로 가설을 설정하고, SPSS 22.0과 AMOS 21.0을 사용하여 빈도분석과 측정 문항의 기술적 통계분석, 상관관계분석과 측정모델의 평가를 통해 가설을 검증하였다. 가설검증 결과 중간지원조직의 마을 공동체 사업은 마을 주민들의 정(+)의 영향을 미치지 않았으며, 인적역량강화는 정(+)의 영향을 미친다를 확인하였다. 본 연구를 통해 중간지원조직 활동이 공동체 활성화에 있어 인적역량강화는 매개변수와 종속변수에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 중간지원조직 활동이 인적역량강화에 대한 중요성 및 역할을 제시하였다는 점에서 본 연구의 의의를 찾을 수 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aims to analyze the impact of intermediary support organizations' activities on the revitalization of village communities. To this end, this study examines how the activities of intermediary support organizations influence community revitalization through community consciousness and resident satisfaction in villages within Jeonbuk Special Self-Governing Province, where I am involved in village-making projects and where at least one project has been participated in or completed. Based on the premise that the activities of intermediary support organizations must cultivate community consciousness and increase resident satisfaction through their activities to have a positive impact on community revitalization, this study proposed strategies to enhance community activation and improve project outcomes, thereby deriving relevant implications. The research model was constructed with intermediary support organizations (village community projects and human resource capacity building) as independent variables, community consciousness and resident satisfaction as mediating variables, and community revitalization as the dependent variable. Hypotheses were formulated and verified using SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 21.0 through frequency analysis, descriptive statistical analysis of measurement items, correlation analysis, and measurement model evaluation. The hypothesis verification results confirmed that village community projects of intermediary support organizations did not have a significant positive impact on village residents, whereas human resource capacity building exerted a positive influence. This study highlights the significance and role of human resource capacity building in intermediary support organizations by demonstrating its positive influence on both mediating and dependent variables in community revitalization.
