민원문서 전자점자 생성 솔루션 구현에 관한 연구 = A Study on Implementation of Digital Braille Generation Solution for Civil Documents

국문 초록 (Abstract)

디지털시대의 우리는 대부분의 민원문서를 온라인에서 PDF 파일 형태로 발급한다. 이러한 민원문서는 민감한 개인정보가 포함되어 있기 때문에 반드시 스스로 읽을 필요가 있다. 중증시각장애인의 문해력 관점에서 읽기 위한 유일한 수단은 점자이다. 본 연구는 시각장애인의 민원문서 접근성 향상을 위해 현행 정보시스템에서 활용하고 있는 레포팅툴과 연동하는 민원문서 전자점자 생성 솔루션 구현 방식을 제시하고, 향후 추가적으로 필요한 연구 방향을 제시한다.

In the digital age, we issue most civil documents online in the form of PDF files. You must read these civil documents yourself because they contain sensitive personal information. From the perspective of literacy for severely visually impaired people, the only means of reading is Braille. This study presents a method of implementing a civil complaint document digital braille generation solution that links with the reporting tool used in the current information system to improve the accessibility of civil documents for the visually impaired, and suggests additional research directions needed in the future.
