<AbsText> THERE ARE TWO METHODS of bagging a tiger usually employed in Southern India The first, and most generally successful, is that of beating him out of his midday retreat, into which he has been tracked after a heavy meal on the previous night. The second is that of waiting at night for him to return to his kill for a second meal. There are other methods, but not in what might be called general use. One is to stalk the tiger's kill about daybreak on the chance of finding him still at it. </AbsText>
