      본 연구는 CEO의 사회적 책임 및 윤리적 역할 인식에 대한 조직 내부 성과를 살펴보고자 하였다. 구체적으로는 CEO의 사회적 책임과 윤리적 역할 인식이 종업원의 혁신업무역량과 동적역량에 ...

      본 연구는 CEO의 사회적 책임 및 윤리적 역할 인식에 대한 조직 내부 성과를 살펴보고자 하였다. 구체적으로는 CEO의 사회적 책임과 윤리적 역할 인식이 종업원의 혁신업무역량과 동적역량에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위해 실증 분석을 토대 함의를 도출하고 분석결과를 제시하였다. 이를 위해 CEO의 사회적 책임과 윤리적 역할 인식(PRESOR)을 토대로 연구를 진행하였으며, 요인 분석 결과 ‘최우선적 인식’ 과 ‘ 의무적 인식’으로 구분되었다. 이를 토대로 동적역량(DC)과 혁신 업무역량(IWB)에 미치는 영향을 검증하였으며, 또한 CEO의 사회적 책임과 윤리적 역할 인식과 혁신적 업무역량 사이에 동적역량이 매개하는지 검증하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째 윤리와 사회적 책임에 대한 CEO의 역할 인식이 강할수록 그 기업의 혁신업무역량은 증가한다. 즉, CEO가 사회적 책임 활동이나 윤리적인 역할에 대한 인식이 강할수록 종업원의 혁신적 업무 역량은 증가하였다. 둘째, 윤리와 사회적 책임에 대한 CEO의 역할 인식이 강할수록 그 기업의 동적 역량은 증가 하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 동적역량은 CEO가 사회적 책임이나 윤리적 역할 인식이 강할수록 혁신적 업무 행동과의 관계를 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 동 연구는 기업 CEO의 특성과 개인적 가치에 따라 조직 내부 성과와 어떤 관련이 있는지 살펴보고자 기존의 CSR 연구 주제를 확장하여 기업의 특성에 따른 미시적 기반의 분석을 수행 하였다. 이를 통해 CEO가 가지는 윤리와 사회적 책임에 대한 인식은 혁신적 업무 역량이라는 조직수준의 성과에 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 또한, 자원배분 관점에서 빠르게 급변하는 기업 환경에서 조직이 능동적이고 적극적으로 대응 할 수 있는지 여부에 대해 동적 역량의 확립 필요성을 제시 하였다. 그 결과, CEO의 사회적 책임과 윤리적 역할 인식이 강할수록 종업원에게 긍정적인 태도와 영향을 촉진 시킬 수 있으며, 동시에 조직 구성원의 동적이고 강력한 혁신 가치를 강조함으로써 조직 내 상호 신뢰와 생산성을 향상 시킬 수 있음을 나타낸다.

      This study examines the company’s internal performance of the CEO s Perceived Role of Ethics and Social Responsibility (PRESOR). Specifically, an empirical analysis was conducted on the effect of the CEO s social responsibility and ethical role recognition on the employee s innovation work behavior (IWB) and dynamic capacity (DC). As a result of factor analysis on the CEO s PRESOR, it was divided into top priority (PRE-T) and prima facie duty (PRE-D) . We verified the effects of PRESOR on DC and IWB and verified whether DC mediates between a CEO s PRESOR and IWB. The analysis yields three main findings. First, the greater the recognition of the CEO s role in PRESOR, the greater its IWB. Second, the stronger the CEO s recognition of the role of PRESOR, the greater the employee s DC. Third, stronger CEO PRESOR as DC mediated with IWB . This study examines how the characteristics and personal values of CEOs relate to organizational internal performance. CSR research topics were expanded beyond previous studies, and micro-based analysis was performed according to companies characteristics. Through this study, the effects of CEO s PRESOR on organization-level performance of IWB was examined. Based on Resources Based View(RBV), it suggested the necessity of DC so that the organization can actively respond to rapidly changing business environment. As a result, the stronger the CEO s PRESOR, the more positive attitudes and influences could be promoted to employees. Simultaneously, it shows that by emphasizing the dynamic and strong innovation value of employees, mutual trust and productivity within the organization can be improved.
