This paper presents a semidistributed mathematical model for complex urban watershers which is good when excess rainfall and soil moisture centents are properly estimated. The algorithm is based on the continuity equation and kinematic wave theory, analixed by finite difference method.
Wiht this studies, We know that this model is good for storm sewer design and management purposs.
