The purpose of this study is Respiratory and Circulatory Function & removal of lactate during real 800m running and after exercise in elite male middle distance runners. So, We study this project with 5 men elite male middle distance runners. We measured Respiratory and Circulatory Function(VO2, VE, HR) & removal of lactate during exercise(real 800m running) and after exercise(3 minute & 20 seconds & 15minutes) in elite male middle distance runners. We analyze that measurement. We found that conclusion. 1. Average VO2 is 37.00㎖/kg/min in real 800m running. Peak VO2 is increased 2.5 times than start level in real 800m running. Recovery VO2 for 3 minute 20 seconds is 105.2%. 2. Average Ventilation(VE) is 118.5ℓ/min in real 800m running. Peak VE is increased 3.7 times than start level in real 800m running. Recovery VE for 3 minute 20 seconds is 84.80%. 3. Average Heart-rate(HR) is 141.67 beats/min in real 800m running. Peak HR is increased 1.3 times than start level in real 800m running. Recovery HR for 3 minute 20 seconds is 39.00%. 4. Rest Lactate level is 1.25mmol/L & Lactate level after real 800m running is increased 6.6 times (8.2mmol/L) than rest level. Recovery Lactate level for 15minute is 22.03%.
