The frankness with which A. P. T. asks for information of the blood of certain distinguished racers, should meet the approbation of breeders generally. For the friends of such horses one of two courses is obvious; to be silent, and bear the consequences, or to come out with plain certificates, where to be had, and were not, to lay the evidence, such as it is, fairly before that impartial tribunal--the public.
