The metal‐free, green and highly atom‐economic formal [3+2] tandem cyclization is ideal for sustainable reaction development. It can be employed to synthesize unique 11H‐pyrido[3′,2′:4,5]pyrrolo[3,2‐b]indolizines from 7‐azaindoles and pyridotriazoles through a TsOH‐induced efficient process.
11H‐pyrido[3′,2′:4,5]pyrrolo[3,2‐b]indolizines can be synthesized from 7‐azaindoles and pyridotriazoles by using metal‐free, green and highly atom‐economic formal [3+2] tandem cyclization induced by TsOH.
