自然銅 포제의 規格化 硏究 = Study for Standardization of Processing Method on Pharmaceutical Pyritum

A new process for stadardization of Pyritum is reported. The process included a composition analysis of Pyritum which is pre-treated under the variety of roasting and quenching conditions.
Optimun treatment condition was determined based on the percent amount of Fe and As in the pre-treated Pyritums. The treatment condition which gave maximum percent amount of Fe and minimum percent amount of As in the Pyritum is asumed to be the best treatment condition. Full series of the analysis showed that 3 hr roasting in muffled electric furnace followed by quenching in > 5% acetic acid is the optimum treatment condition.
Our experimental result can be a good evidence that the standardization of Pyritum can be performed by muffled electric furnace technique.
