중국의 고령자 주거생활환경 디자인 개선에 관한 연구 = A Study on the Improvement of Living Environment Design for the Elderly in China

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to use it as a practical means to improve the residential living environment and improve the quality of life of the elderly by proposing a design guideline format based on the physical and psychological characteristics of the elderly in China.
First, it is necessary to apply the concept of barrier-free design to indoor space design to the current residential environment for the elderly in China. Second, in terms of materials, the use of materials harmful to the human body should be avoided. Third, a pleasant space environment such as light, air, and temperature should be provided.
Fourth, it is necessary to provide a pleasant environment that can increase psychological self-esteem.
In conclusion, to present four basic directions for improving the residential living environment for the elderly in China, first, it should be designed with an emphasis on 'safety' based on the physical conditions and needs of the elderly. Second, spaces and facilities should be designed based on the physiological, psychological, and behavioral characteristics of the elderly with an emphasis on 'participation and diversity'. Third, consideration should be given to the 'protection and confidentiality' of residential space so that it is not interfered with by other residents.
Fourth, 'convenience' should be considered to improve the ability of elderly users to live independently.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 중국 고령자의 신체적·심리적 특성에 기초한 디자인 가이드라인 형식의 개선방안을 제안함으로써 주거생활환경을 개선하고， 중국 고령자들의 삶의 질을 향상시키는 실천수단의 하나로 활용하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
현재 중국의 고령자 주거생활환경의 문제점 및 개선방향은첫째, 실내공간 디자인에 무장애디자인 개념의 적용이 필요하다. 둘째, 재료의 측면에서 인체에 해로운 재료의 사용을 지양해야 한다. 셋째, 빛·공기·온도 등 쾌적한 공간환경을 제공해야 한다. 넷째, 심리적으로 자존감을 높일 수 있는 쾌적한환경의제공이필요하다.
결론적으로 중국의 고령자 주거생활환경 개선을 위한 4가지기본방향을 제시하면 첫째, 고령자의 신체적 조건과 요구를바탕으로 ‘안전성’에 중점을 두고 디자인되어야 한다. 둘째, ‘참여와 다양성’에 중점을 두고 고령자의 생리적, 심리적, 행동적 특성을 기반으로 공간 및 시설을 디자인해야 한다. 셋째, 주거공간의 ‘보호성과 비밀성’에 대하여 다른 주민의 간섭을 받지 않도록 배려해야 한다. 넷째, 고령인 이용자의 자립생활 능력 향상을 위해 ‘편의성’을 고려해야 한다.
