텍스트 마이닝 기법을 활용한 COVID-19와 어린이집 휴원에 관한 주제 분석

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Objective: The purpose of this study was to identify the theme of COVID-19 and childcare center closures shown in portal site article comments by using text mining techniques.
Methods: To achieve this purpose, based on the initial announcement of the childcare center closure, a total of periods were divided into four periods due to the spread of COVID-19, and the current status of the comments on COVID-19 and the closure of the childcare center was analyzed by time.
Results: As a result, COVID-19 and the main words for childcare center closure were common throughout all periods, with childcare center, children and people frequently appearing, with the highest percentage of comments on childcare center closures.
Conclusion/Implications: The results of this study are expected to provide assistance in establishing appropriate countermeasures and response systems required by homes and daycare centers in pandemic situations such as COVID-19.
