When dominated convective tenn applied to a convection diffusion heat transfer problems, finite elment analysis give poor accuracy in a high Pe(Peclet number). It is important to get a more accurate finite elemnet analysis result that we determine the critical value of Peclet number and measure Peclet number, which produces oscillated result. In this study, we expect temperature and stress distributions for various Pe by the 3 dimensional finite elemnet model and manifest the Peclet number when the oscillation occurs from the result under the convective heat transfer boundary conditions. In order to get the more accurate finite element analysis result, it is proposed the numerical technique that eliminating the oscilatory error components in the period of Pe that temperature distributions are not valid From the yielding criteria, we check the influence of resulting temperature and stress distributions on the materials<br/>
