학문 목적 중국인 한국어 고급 학습자의 ChatGPT 피드백 활용 경험 및 인식 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 학문 목적 중국인 한국어 고급 학습자들이 ChatGPT를 활용하여 피드백을 받는 경험과 인식을 심층적으로 탐구하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구 설계는 활용 경험과 인식 조사 의 두 가지 측면으로 나뉘며, 총 95명의 응답자 중 77부의 유효 데이터를 수집하였다. 활용 경험 조사는 단일 선택, 복수 선택, 개방형 문항을 통해 ‘ChatGPT 기반 피드백의 주요 활용 영역, 활동 영역, 활용 빈도, 피드백 특성 평가, 프롬프트 작성 전략, 사용법 교육 여부’의 여 섯 가지 핵심 영역에 초점을 맞추었다. 인식 조사에서는 5점 리커트 척도를 활용하여 14개 문항을 단일 선택 형식으로 설정하였다. 분석 결과, 학문 목적 중국인 한국어 고급 학습자들 은 ChatGPT가 제공하는 피드백에 대해 긍정적인 인식을 보였으며, 그 효과와 유용성에 대해 높은 평가를 내린 것으로 나타났다.　본 연구는 ChatGPT와 같은 생성형 AI 피드백 기술이 한국어 교육에 통합될 가능성과 잠재력을 탐구하는 연구로서, 학습자 중심의 자율 학습 환경 을 조성하는 데 중요한 시사점을 제공한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aims to explore in depth the experiences and perceptions of advanced Korean learners of Chinese background in receiving feedback through ChatGPT for academic purposes. The research design is divided into two aspects: experience with utilization and perception survey, with valid data collected from 77 out of 95 respondents. The utilization experience survey focused on six key areas: ‘primary areas of ChatGPT-based feedback application, activity domains, usage frequency, evaluation of feedback characteristics, prompt creation strategies, and education on usage methods.’ It was composed of single-choice, multiple-choice, and open-ended questions. The perception survey utilized a 5-point Likert scale with 14 items in a single-choice format. The analysis revealed that advanced Korean learners of Chinese background had a positive perception of the feedback provided by ChatGPT, giving it high ratings for its effectiveness and usefulness. This study explores the potential and possibilities of integrating generative AI feedback technologies, such as ChatGPT, into Korean language education, offering valuable insights for creating learner-centered autonomous learning environments.
