영아교사의 권리와 의무에 대한 인식이 전문성에 미치는 영향

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 영아교사의 권리와 의무 대해 실제수준과 기대수준을 조사하고 영 아교사의 권리와 의무에 대한 인식이 전문성에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 목 적이 있다. 본 연구 도구는 송순옥(2016)과 김정미(2017)의 설문지를 수정․보완 하여 사용하였으며, 서울․경기지역 어린이집에서 영아반을 담당하고 있는 영아 교사 244명을 대상으로 2017년 11월 18일부터 12월 29일까지 실시하였다. 본 연구는 SPSS 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였는데, 신뢰도 검증과 t–검증, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구결과를 요약하면 첫째, 영아교사의 권리에 대한 실제수준과 기대수준에 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 영아교사의 권리에 대한 인식은 실제수준이 기대수준에 비해 낮게 나타나 영아교사의 권리는 실 제수준이 기대에 미치지 못하였다. 둘째, 영아교사의 의무에 대한 실제수준과 기대수준에도 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으나 근소한 차이를 보였다. 또한 의 무에 대한 실제 인식 수준이 높은 것으로 나타나 자발적인 의무 이행이 이루 어지고 있는 것을 알 수 있다. 셋째, 영아교사의 권리와 의무에 대한 인식이 전문성에 미치는 영향에 대해 다중회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 영아교사의 권리와 의무에 대한 인식 중 의무에 대한 인식만 돌봄의 상호작용, 영아발달과 보육과 정, 교사-부모-지역사회와의 관계, 전문성 전체에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 변 인으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the actual level and expectation level of the rights and duties of infant class teachers and analyze the influence of the perception of infant teacher’s rights and obligations on their professionalism. This research tool was revised and supplemented the questionnaires Song Soon-ok(2016) and Kim Jung-mi(2017). Collected data was analyzed by using SPSS 18.0 program according to our study question and the results were presented. In order to verify the reliability of the measurement tools, internal consistency analysis was conducted. Data analysis was performed by t-test and multiple regression analysis. The conclusions of this study are as follows. First, there is a difference between the actual level and expectation level of the rights and duties of infant teachers. The perceptions of infant teachers' rights and obligations were both lower than expected levels. This shows that the actual level does not meet expectations. Second, there is a difference between actual and expected level of the duties of the infant teachers, but there is a slight difference. In addition, the voluntary obligation was fulfilled as the actual recognition level of duty was high. Third, the results of multiple regression analysis on the effects of perceptions of infant teacher’s rights and duties on professionalism showed that only perceptions of duty are related to the interaction of care, infant development and child care process, teacher-parent-community relations.
